Meet Ashley
Hi, I’m Ashley Connors, MSW, LCSW. I’m a Georgia native and have spent over a decade practicing psychotherapy in Seattle. I’ve had the privilege of being trained by leaders in the field and developed deep clinical roots in evidence-based care. That foundation shapes the work I do today: helping people facing complex emotional challenges with compassion, clarity, and tools that truly make a difference.
I specialize in evidence-based treatments like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), particularly for clients navigating intense emotions, trauma, or patterns that feel hard to shift. My approach is all about combining science with compassion—because research-backed methods are powerful, but so is feeling seen and supported.
One thing I often tell my clients is, “Nothing you say or confess will scare me away.” And I mean it. I’ve built my practice to be a steady, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are and do the hard, meaningful work of change.
My practice is intentionally small and boutique. I cap my caseload each week so I can offer thoughtful, individualized support—including after-hours crisis calls and texts—because I believe growth happens not just during scheduled sessions, but in the real moments of life when you’re trying to apply what you’ve learned.
